Cancellation Eligibility: We accept cancellation only within 2 days of purchase. Once the rug is dispatched it cannot be canceled. You must email us at orders@theambiente.com for a cancellation request with a reason. (Not applicable on custom order)

Returns Eligibility: We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Not applicable on custom order)

Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum your rug regularly to remove dirt and debris. Use the vacuum cleaner only in one direction, where the pile is lying down. Avoid using a beater bar, as it can damage the fibers.

Professional Cleaning: Professional cleaning is recommended over time to ensure the rugs are as good as new.

Blot, Don't Rub: If a spill occurs, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it can push the stain deeper into the fibers.
