Build a care routine around your rug's materials

Clear loose dirt before it becomes embedded, check under the rug as well as on top, and rotate it when appropriate to help distribute wear. Keep edges flat and choose a pad compatible with the rug and flooring. After a spill, blot gently and check the care label before trying water, detergent or a household remedy.
