Return Policy

 
  • The return request must be made within 2 weeks after the date you received our rug(s).
  • Please immediately contact us on +91 6388519911 or email us at the hello@theambiente.com.
  • The Ambiente team will arrange for a pickup at a mutually agreed place and time.
  • In case pick-ups are not available from your location, you must self-ship the item yourself.
  • If you decide for self-shipping, it is required that you dispatch the items within 48 hours of your return request.
  • After receiving the item, we will move the item to a quality check process. Once the item is found to be damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms and Condition for return policy:

  • Return the item within 2 weeks of the receipt.
  • The condition of the rug should be the same as it was received which means no washing soiling or any kind of alteration to the rug.
  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
  • All the original packing, labels and tags must be there intact with the item. An altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at hello@theambiente.com. We will replace it without any cost after examine the returned items.
  • International returns are applicable to manufacturing defects only.
