Orders and Payments:

For now you can send us the amount via NEFT or RTGS on our bank account information provided at checkout station or wire transfer us for international orders. We will get the online payment gateways soon.

We offer free shipping throughout India.

We estimate the delivery time to be around 7 to 10 days.

Yes we offer worldwide shipping but additional charges will apply.

The Rug :

Vacuming is primarily required to clean the rug. However, in case of spots please clean it immediately with soap and water by softly wiping the rug with a clean cloth.

In case of damages you can send the rug to us and we can identify how to fix the damage from a professional point of view. Then you may decide to get it fixed by us.

Cancellation and returns :

We accept returns within 2 weeks after delivery. Please click the link to see our return policy.

Please contact us immediately via email or call and we will get it taken care of. However, we may ask you to send pictures of the damaged/defective part of the rug.

Cancellation is possible only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Please click the link to see our cancellation policy.

You may receive your refund within 48 hours.
